If you are not satisfied with an exam you purchased, email support@examtower.com within 30 days of purchase with the account email and exam name. We refund the full amount to the original payment method; access is revoked once the refund is issued.
Refunds may be declined for accounts that downloaded the PDF export and show clear signs of redistribution or abuse.
