Q15On-Premises Call Control
During a conference call, a company CTO adds an external user to the call. The CTO leaves when the call ends, but the external user remains connected and dials a premium-rate number. Several weeks later, the CTO receives an unexpectedly high phone bill. The CTO decides to implement an Ad Hoc conference restriction. Which parameter must be adjusted?

Ad hoc conference calls can be dropped when the originator hangs up. This is done by setting the Drop Ad Hoc Conference service parameter to When Conference Controller Leaves under Clusterwide Parameters > Feature > Conference. This makes sure the other parties (such as external users) cannot place a call to another external number.

The correct answer is C. The parameter that should be changed is Restrict Ad Hoc Conference.
Restrict Ad Hoc Conference is a parameter in Cisco Unified Communications Manager that lets administrators restrict users from creating ad hoc conferences. When this parameter is set to "On," users are not able to create ad hoc conferences. This can help avoid situations like the one described in the question, where an external user is added to a conference call and remains after the host leaves, possibly causing unauthorized charges.
Drop Ad Hoc Conference is a related parameter that decides what happens when an ad hoc conference is dropped by the host or when all participants leave the conference. Limit Ad Hoc Conference is a parameter that sets the maximum number of participants that can join an ad hoc conference. Monitor Ad Hoc Conference is a parameter that decides whether or not ad hoc conferences are monitored for quality of service.

I disagree. Because if you are (restricting users from creating ad hoc conferences), it means that CTO or Even CEO will not be allowed to create a conference.. that does not make sense..you do not completely Disable a feature..
