Either A or B, since C and D are still using the default port 443. We need the IP address in the diagram to choose between A or B.

For me A or B are the same. And they are using IPSEC which is not port 443... So I do not get which answer is the correct one. A and B are the same for me.

A or B, very clear 443 blocked, so C&D are wrong.

It is either A or B, since the ISP is blocking TCP 443 then the VPN has to switch to IPSEC Ike which uses UDP 500. The question is missing the RAS IP address to be able to select either A or B.
