If the CUCM RNA timer is less than the time specified in ADS or CVP, then CUCM might cut off the call and route it to a different destination. the technotes below implicitly indicates that:

As of Release 9.0, the Unified CVP deployment no longer requires you to configure the RNA timer on both sides (Unified CVP and Unified CCE); configure Ring No Answer (RNA) timeout only in Unified CVP. This removes the need to manually keep the related Unified CVP and Unified CCE timer settings aligned. To configure RNA timeout in Unified CVP, see the Patterns for RNA timeout on outbound SIP calls section in the Unified CVP OAMP console.
