The question is... where are profiling probes configured? Admin Node
A 7
Selected Answer: A The node USED for the scope is the PSN. The configuration is done on the PAN, but that is not what the question is asking for.
C 5
Selected Answer: C The question is asking about configuring the probes. You cannot configure from a Policy Service Node. All configuration is done via the Policy Admin Node (PAN). C is the correct answer
C 4
Selected Answer: C The question says "need to configure" which I guess means where to configure probes so in my opinion the answer is C. p.s. Again typical Cisco question
A 2
Selected Answer: A The question says "need to configure" - in my opinion the answer is C.

there is not such a thing called "primary policy administrator". but the question is about where the configuration is done and that is done in the "primary administration node PAN", but who is configured and where the probes come from is from the "policy service nodes" as someone said below, the typical cisco question
C 2
Selected Answer: C Look at Step 2. To Verify RADIUS Probe Data Step 1 Authenticate a new endpoint to the network. Step 2 Go to the ISE Policy Administration node and navigate to Work Centers > Profiler > Endpoint Classification. Step 3 Find and select the MAC address of the newly connected endpoint to display the attributes captured by the RADIUS probe.

There is no "primary policy administrator" node. Where it is configured: the admin node Where it runs: policy services node.
A 2
Selected Answer: A Which node should be "USED" to accomplish this task note that the question asked for using node which means the answer is policy service node.
C 2
Selected Answer: C Procedure 1 Configure Global Profiling Settings from the Policy Administration Node Step 1 Access the ISE administrative interface of the primary Policy Administration node (PAN) using a supported web browser and your admin credentials: https://<ISE_PAN_FQDN_or_IP>

Poorly worded. "Which node should be used to accomplish this task?" The task was "configure" so it is Policy Admin Node
A 2
Selected Answer: A This is why I hate Cisco tests Of course you do the configuration on the Admin node And the Probes run on the PSNs So which one is the question asking. This test shouldn't be an English test.

primary Policy Administration Node (PAN).

A Policy Service Nodes in Cluster Cisco ISE uses Policy Service node group as a cluster that allows endpoint attributes to be exchanged when two or more nodes in the cluster collect attributes for the same endpoint. We recommend creating clusters for all Policy Service nodes that sit behind a load balancer.
A 1
Selected Answer: A configurations are done on PAN but running on PSN, and there is no "primary policy administrator" node on ISE.
A 1
Selected Answer: A Name of the different persona on the OCG: Policy administration node Monitoring and Troublwshooting node Policy Service node We know that the PSN will run and is responsible for the probe, there is no primary policy administrator node. correct answer is A
A 1
Selected Answer: A Correct A. You use the Primary admin node to configure or enable profiling. there is no primary policy admin, so the best fit is A

Selected Answer: A PSNs handle authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA). They are also in charge of running probes to collect endpoint attributes. Probes can include: DHCP DNS HTTP RADIUS SNMP NetFlow, etc. Probing is a PSN function. These probes are used to profile endpoints and gather context about devices connected to the network.
