you are right; if we check the CWA result profile we should see https://<ISE>:port/randomstringwithsessionID, where "port" will be filled with the port configured on the portal in ISE and SessionID will be the sessionID tied to a specific authentication request. In fact, if redirect is not working, for troubleshooting purposes it is a good idea to do some testing and try copying and pasting the same link we see on live logs into the endpoint browser and see if the endpoint are able to reach the Portal Page
