B should be the correct one , as it shows tloc and color information

B is not correct for this answer because the actual command is show omp routes not show omp route. So D should be the correct answer since it is the full command. This can be checked on this page. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/sdwan/command/sdwan-cr-book/operational-cmd.html#r_show_omp_tlocs_1923.xml

There isn't a correct answer actually:
sdwn01# show omp tlocs detail (this is showing you learned colors)
---------------------------------------------------
tloc entries for 1.1.1.2
biz-internet
ipsec
---------------------------------------------------
RECEIVED FROM:
peer 0.0.0.0
uslav-colo-1fdc-sdwn01# show omp tlocs (not showing you colors)

If you run show omp tlocs like shown in the example, it doesn't show the color. Show OMP route does, although that's not the command without the S but it works. I couldn't add a screen shot of show omp tlocs output, but it's shown in the example below and you can see there is no color label.

I made a mistake on this one: the font was so big the screen wrapped and wasn't displsaying the color and tloc details. I thought something was wrong.. I'd agree show omp tlocs is the right answer here....D

Speirsington's comment below shows the show omp tlocs command, and you can see that it does show the color.
