The summary address can only be configured on the ASBR routers in OSPF; in this case that is only R5, and u can rule out the other option because they are using a different ospf process, and the ospf process has to be 1

To add to this, R5 cannot be an ABR because it is not conencted to area 0. Therefore only the summary-address command works, option B or C. Option C is for router 4, which is not doing the summarization.
