Just my 2 cents: I personally think "Security as good as connection-oriented VPNs" can be seen as an opinion, i personally do not think MPLS is the same as actually encrypting your traffic. Anyway, ABD would be right, does not mean i personally agree with B....

I try to think of connection/connectionless VPN as it is described here, then B kind of makes sense (to me):

To me, this is pretty clearly A, D, and E, since B is false because connection-oriented VPNs such as IPSec are more secure than MPLS, and the ability for a customer to use only static routes is a benefit of MPLS.
