Answer A is correct.
Bidirectional PIM was created for networks where we have many sources and receivers talking to each other. PIM Sparse mode RP builds 2 entries *, G and S, G but when we use PIM bidirectional mode, the RP will never build a S,G entry and, it only permits the *,G entry.
