B is correct.
You cannot cancel a server firmware upgrade process after you finish the configuration in the Install Server Firmware wizard. Cisco UCS Manager applies the changes right away. However, the timing of the actual reboot of servers depends upon the maintenance policy in the service profile linked to the server.
