If you don't have enough knowledge please do not write any comment, even a beginner knows the keyword (overload) means your are using PAT, so what port are you talking about?
9
I think you're thinking of the wrong kind of port, PAT is NAT overload: Port Address Translation (PAT) is also called NAT Overloading. Port Address Translation (PAT/NAT Overload) is the NAT technology that prevents IPv4 Address depletion. Port Address Translation (PAT/NAT Overload) can map multiple Private IPv4 addresses to a single public IP address by using different source ports.

D is correct
overload means more than one port in NAT process

Actually "overload" means you are overloading fewer inside global addresses (in this case, the single gig0/0 address), with more than one local addresses (to support multiple devices).

D is the right answer

And yes, D is correct.
D 3
Selected Answer: D
The "overload" keyword shows that PAT is being used, which lets multiple inside (private IP) addresses be translated to one outside (public IP) address, with different port numbers used to track each individual session. This is often called "NAT overload" and is commonly used to let many users access the internet through a single IP address provided by an Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Should be B
No ports are involved

Selected Answer: D
Port Address Translation (PAT) (Option D)
Purpose: PAT, often called NAT overload, translates multiple internal private IP addresses into a single public IP address by using different ports.
Requirement: A single public IP is shared by multiple devices, often shown by the overload keyword in the NAT configuration.
Effect: Lets many users share one public IP address while keeping unique connections through ports.
