SIMULATION Guidelines This lab item requires tasks to be completed on virtual devices. - Use the **Tasks** tab to review the tasks for this lab item. - Use the **Topology** tab to access the device console(s) and complete the tasks. - Console access is available for every required device by selecting its icon or the tabs above the console window. - All required preconfigurations have already been applied. - Do not remove existing device configurations except where required to make the changes needed for the listed tasks. - Do not modify the enable password or hostname of any device. - Save the configurations to NVRAM before proceeding to the next item. - Select **Next** at the bottom of the screen to submit this lab and continue to the next question. - After **Next** is selected, the lab closes and cannot be reopened. Topology Tasks The Operations team began configuring several monitoring activities. Finish the configurations for the tasks below. 1. Enable Flexible NetFlow on R1 E0/0 for both directions by using the preconfigured flow monitor. 2. Configure the switch port analyzer on Sw1 to mirror all VLAN 12 traffic to interface E1/3 with session number 12. 3. Configure a basic IP SLA ICMP echo operation on R1 to ping PC1 every 300 seconds. R1 <AnswerReveal answer={" "} explanation={"Apply the existing `Monitor-R1Flow` to R1 Ethernet0/0 with `ip flow monitor Monitor-R1Flow input` and `ip flow monitor Monitor-R1Flow output`; Flexible NetFlow uses separate interface commands for ingress and egress monitoring. Configure SPAN with `monitor session 12 source vlan 12` and `monitor session 12 destination interface Ethernet1/3`. Configure IP SLA operation 1 with `icmp-echo 10.12.1.2 source-interface Ethernet0/0` and `frequency 300`, then activate it using `ip sla schedule 1 life forever start-time now`. Save the resulting running configurations to NVRAM."} />

I had this question, just with different requirements 1. Wanted you to add a destination IP address to FlowExporter 2. Wanted a configuration of IP SLA HTTP GET with a server IP address. 3. Monitor session on the SW

awesome config. the "ip flow egress/ingress" commands are not needed as that is only for traditional netflow, not flexible netflow. --also add the commands to "start" the sla
5
ip flow egress ip flow ingress Are both old netflow commands and not relevant in this question

Hoda1185 0 minutes ago Awaiting moderator approval Hi, i passed the exam 6 Labs (878 without static routes,896 with address family, 1021,1032 sla midified, 1054 same tasks but modified topology,1023 but also modified). and 52 questions. But can someone confirm if it s normal, i passed my exam yesterday in pearson Vue center but until now no feedback from pearson Vue and nothing also received in the center

Same sim on exam. The only difference was task 1 and 3. Task 1 asked you to add destination ip for the server. 3rd task was asking to configure basic IP SLA HTTP each operation on R1

i would add this to the config R1(config)#ip sla schedule 10 start-time now life forever without it the ip sla doesn't runn
2
You still need to schedule the ip sla to run. ip sla schedule 10 start now life for-ever

R1# sh run | sec flow monitor Note: This give you preconfigured flow monitor name, make a note now, go to R1 R1(config)#int e0/0 R1(config-if)#ip flow egress R1(config-if)#ip flow ingress Now, activate flow monitor on interface: R1(config-if)#ip flow monitor Q1Flow input R1(config-if)#ip flow monitor Q1Flow output R1(config-if)#end R1# wr mem SPAN Configuration: SW1(config)# monitor session 12 source interface vlan 12 SW1(config)# monitor session 12 destination interface e1/3 SW1(config)# end SW1# wr Configure IP SLA ISCMP echo on R1: R1(config)#ip sla 10 R1(config-ip-sla)#icmp-echo 10.12.1.2 R1(config-ip-sla-echo)#freqency 300 R1(config-ip-sla-echo)#end R1#wr

For remote span, what about adding the keywords “encapsulation replicate” to the destination command? (from the OCG) without it the span session would not copy 802.1Q VLAN tags or Layer 2 protocols , like Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) bridge protocol data units (BPDUs), CDP, VTP, DTP, Port Aggregation Protocol (PAgP), or Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP). The question mentions “ALL traffic”; correct me if I’m wrong

Sometimes it takes more time then expected, besides the labs the questions are still available?
1
can you remember what are those 6 labs?

can please show me the configuration thanks..
